Parameters of excavating resistance and material gravity can be set as follows: STEP function of tangential excavating resistance : step(time,0.2,0,1,-22)+step(time,1,0,1.2,22) STEP function of normal excavating resistance : step(time,0.2,0,1,-9.24)+step(time,1,0,1.2,9.24) STEP function of material gravity : step(time,0.2,0,1.2,-11.466)+step(time,1.2,0,3,0)+step(time,3,0,3.5,11.466) During simulation hydraulic excavator finishes dropping arm, the bucket enters excavating place, the boom hydraulic cylinder, the bucket arm hydraulic cylinder and the bucket hydraulic cylinder move together, therefore, and the change of force curve of the hinged joint at this time is siderable.
