One part contains the upper structure and the adjacent soil, namely general structure, which may have complex materials and geometries, FEM is more suitable to model this part rather than other numerical methods using mature commercial software, another part of soil usually be simulated with Infinite Element Method, Boundary Element Method or Finite Difference Method.
But in most cases, the structure and the material property of the rest part of soil except for general structure are complex too, Both of these methods have limitations in simulating it, the application of the Boundary Element Method mainly depends on the basic solution, while the continuous inhomogeneous media, the basic form of the solution will be more complex and be difficult to use, even more, basic solution does not exist at all; FDM fails to model irregular shape.

In 1992, Nitric oxide was named “Molecule of the Year” by the journal Science [2].
The cation- exchange film of Naftion can not only act as a barrier to discriminate against anions, such as nitrite, ascorbate and uric acid, which were in the form of monovalent anions at pH 7.4, but also prevent the electrode from the fouling due to the non-specific adsorption of proteins and other materials typically present in biological samples.

The preparation of aligned porous materials is of particular importance for its application, synthetic aligned porous structure may also be used to mimic natural porous materials such as cellular.
Nowadays, MMT has continuously attracted much attention for the possibility of modifying its layered structure by intercalation to create new materials, for example, catalysts materials, adsorbent materials, building materials, filling materials and so on [4].
