Introduction The corrosion of steel reinforcement by Chloride is acted as major degradation factor for the steel reinforcement and concrete surface in the concrete structure. ) If Chloride level is exceeded the specific critical material level, the corrosion of steel reinforcement will be started so it is true that the investigation and research results about chloride threshold level (the rest is CTL) have been accumulated by a lot of researchers.2-4) The use of corrosion inhibitor is becoming common as one of the measure to suppress the steel reinforcement corrosion among the concrete structures.5-6) In addition, it is well known that Chloride ion is related to corrosion for steel reinforcement corrosion.
