Introduction It is a future our country development trend to make use of a low metal alloy steel to carry on engineering construction.
This text mainly elaborated to adopt low metal alloy steel and low-carbon steel make into a low metal alloy steel through the even weld double reinforcing bar, pass to experiment analysis, make sure its mechanics and craft function index sign; Use concrete structure design norm as the theory foundation that is analytical and experiments a data, set up lately just degree and crack model formula, provided for the later engineering construction basis.
(11) Conclusion Applying low-alloy steel coupled steel bars saves steel and concrete, not only apply to foundation, work, consolidation of foundation pit, foundation beam, foundation mat, column, pile foundation, bracing of slope, anchor rod of soil stratum and rock, but also apply to irrigation works, road engineering, bridge engineering, etc[4].

Because the grouting is a concealed work and the test method of grouting effect is still not perfect enough, grouting effect test is still a weak link in grouting engineering.
Grouting effect is evaluated qualitatively by experience in many grouting engineering because of the absence of quantitative standard.
