Program Evaluation Model of Bridge Blasting of Engineer Corps Based on Intuitionist Fuzzy Sets and TOPSIS Method TIAN Cheng-xiang1,a, FU Cheng-qun1,b,ZHOU Lei1,c ,GUO Jie1,a 1 Engineering Institute of Engineering Corps, PLA University of Science and Technology, Nanjing Jiangsu 210007, China atianchengxiang1988@126.com, bfcq-7505@sohu.com, cqq328848298@126.com Keywords: Bridge Blasting; Intuitionist Fuzzy Sets; TOPSIS; Index System; Program Evaluation; Abstract.
Herewith, the bridge position and the situation of itself are selected as the evaluation index, of which, the situation of the bridge itself includes the type of bridge, structure, materials and the valid time.
The results show that under the condition by taking into consideration of human factors, quantity satisfaction, the target material as well as the objective situation of mutual matching degree, the blasting program M1has good effect and it is in line with the actual situation, which prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.

The phenomenon will arise when the material appears deformation, fracture or enters irreversible plastic deformation stage because of its internal stress exceeds the yield limit.
The frequency range of AE signal from metal material is generally 50kHz ~ 1MHz.

The device and material parameters used in the simulation which were selected based on literature values, theory, or in some cases reasonable estimation are listed in Tables 1 specific to the device and materials properties.
The optical properties also show a great variance in the absorption and bandgap of the materials.
So, coupling TiO2 with chalcopyrite materials presents a promising quantum efficiency in the high intensity of a range of wavelengths.

Preparation of Cobalt Particles Cobalt (II) Nitrate Hexahydrate [Co (NO3)2.6H2O] and Iron nitrate [(Fe (NO3)3.9H2O)] were used as the raw materials.
These raw materials were dissolved in an aqueous solution of 165 ml of nitric acid (HNO3).
Therefore different materials have different absorbing properties.

Calcarenite, however, can be an extremely heterogeneous building material depending on the composition of the particles and their characteristics.
It represents the most used material in the Apulian region for construction thanks to its wide availability and easy workability.

It allow for materials to pass through it, entering of sand should not exceed 50% solid according to the operating instructions of the device.
The second stage is the mechanical attrition scrubbing process of the sand grains to clean the surfaces of the materials adhering in it and cannot be removed by washing.
