The strain gauges and LVDTs were connected to a SCXI (Signal Conditioning eXtensions for Instrumentation) data acquisition system.
The corrosion of the main reinforcing bars resulted in a significant reduction in fatigue life.
As expected, this led to the significant reduction observed in the fatigue life.
A moderate reduction of yield load, ultimate load and a significant loss of ultimate strain for corroded steel bars under fatigue loading were observed.
Corrosion of the main reinforcing bars can results in a significant reduction fatigue life.

A method for production of porous zirconia layers on zircon has been presented previously [3], through the reduction of silica to SiO (g) at high temperatures and low oxygen pressure: ZrSiO4 + X · Y2O3 → ZrO2 + X · Y2O3 + SiO (g) + ½ O2 (g)
The most used process for zircon reduction in industrial practice is the carbothermal reduction.
The addition of stabilizing oxides leads to the formation of stabilized zirconia in both carbothermal and vacuum reduction [3,5].
It was also reported that the stabilizing oxides can also increase the volatilization rate in the carbothermal reduction [5].
These data suggest the formation of crystalline stabilized zirconia and a vitreous phase of silica and yttria after high temperature sintering of the samples containing Y2O3, the first step for its formation being the thermal decomposition of zircon (Eq. 2), which would be accelerated by yttria: ZrSiO4 → ZrO2 + SiO2

Photochromic effect of typical inorganic system is along with reversible oxidation - reduction reaction, and that of organic system is also often accompanied by many synchronized processes related to photochemical reaction, thus leading to a certain change of the molecular structure, its reaction ways mainly include: bond isomerism, cis-trans isomerization, bond fracture, polymerization, oxidation - reduction, pericyclic reaction, etc.
Since photoproduction electron hole pairs of the inorganic semiconductor photochromic materials have very strong oxidation - reduction performance, so its photochromic effect can be enhanced through composite organic dye.
When WO3 is mixed with a colorless dye leuco body of reduction state, the electron of dye leuco boby in the light can be inspired and injected into the conduction band of the former, this photo oxidation - reduction reaction can generate colored dye with high molar extinction coefficient when blue tungsten bronze HxWO3 is formed.
This kind of organic - inorganic compound photochromic device can not only greatly improve light sensitivity of the system, expand types and color range of photochromic material, but also can help to make full use of rich visible spectrum energy in the sunshine to stimulate photochromic effect. 3.Application of photochromic materials 3.1 Data storage component By use of the characteristics that photochromic compounds can change colors in repeated cycle when suffering light exposure of different intensity and wavelength, it can be made memory storage components of computer to realize memory and remove process of information.
The high pollution of traditional materials is a well-known fact, it can’t reach the standard that current society corresponds with proposition of low carbon environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction in the world.

Abstract: This paper introduces the project of the digital urban municipal supervision and management, and also focuses on the data which is collected from the city component data of outside work by the CORS.
Open space and other public lands within the range of variation of all city parts and geographic information encoded data, excluding units, closed cell and cottage courtyard inside city parts and geographic information encoded data.
In this paper, some parts of a street was as example, the datum of point, line, surface-like members are tested using Total Station and CORS-RTK data collection.
In the census data of digital urban management, a plane coordinate was just needed, so the datum collected in this experiment were the coordinates of the plane, and not listed in elevation coordinates.
All of them are able to fully meet the digital city management in census data accuracy requirements.

Cost Reduction Motivation Analysis What the purchaser seeks is always lower and lower cost, and more tight quality control.
On the other hand, if the supplier’s strategy is only to keep his original market and competition position, the opportunity of cost reduction will be limited.
How to find a largest point of profit maximization between the reduction of production cost and the increasing of collaborative cost need a scientific analysis.
One of the barrier is technology of lacking standardization, data and files themselves actually impede the realization of information sharing between enterprises.

Among these models, the grey system model is widely used in projects and does a good performance with few amount of monitoring data[5-6].
The target of the grey model is a differential equation according to a few data.
After taking formula (2) into (8) we can draw the non-equal time-interval GM (1, 1) model responsive equation as: (9) Calculate the value of each point in and regressive reduction to get the fitted value related to the original data.
The data was measured by JSS30A type digital device.
The predicted value coincides perfectly with the measured data.

In the implementation plan announced by the Guangdong Government [6] the target of 19.5% carbon intensity reduction by 2015 with respect to the 2010 level was announced, which is 2.5% higher than the national carbon intensity reduction target.
Therefore, the application of CCS is necessary in order to achieve large-scale emission reductions while using fossil-fuel energy.
Also CCS has the potential of being enployed in industrial sectors (e.g. cement, petrochemical, steel) to achieve significant reduction in CO2 emissions.
However, past data shows that the amount of CO2 which can be utilized is only a small fraction (~0.5%) of the total anthropogenic CO2 emissions [2], and some utilizations can only delay but not reduce the CO2 emisssions.

The first gear is the Level 3 reduction.
The second gear also is the Level 3 reduction.
The third gear is the Level 2 reduction.
So the fourth gear is the Level 1 reduction.
Then put the data calculated into the 3,4,6,7 and 9gear respectively, can get =1.91022,=1.38229,=0.80724,=0.69698,=0.47889.

In order to determine the reduction in tube diameter 2d, the circumferential bending moment distribution (mq) is essential.
Once known, the related curvature can be derived, using the second moment-area theorem [16] to find an approximate solution for the reduction in diameter.
Figure 3 (left) shows the maximum reduction in tube diameter (DD) vs. curvature (1/R).
The data set was used to produce Fig. 3 (right), showing the reduction in diameter (DD/D) versus D4/(t2R2).
Fig. 3 (left): Comparison of maximum reduction in diameter (DD) versus curvature (1/R) based on Eq. (13) and reported experiments [8]; (right): Maximum reduction in diameter based on Eq. (13) compared with reported experiments [8].

This effect leads to a reduction of flow stress, which is used to design an material property distribution adapted for the subsequent deep drawing process.
The intention is to simulate the temperature time characteristic as a function of the blank radius for a set of process parameters which then can be correlated with the Tmax-dependent material properties data determined in the preceding paragraph.
Due to the fact that both software packages do not offer an appropriate interface for data exchange a mapping algorithm was implemented.
Fig. 4 schematically shows the operating sequence and the data flow of this interface.
Simulation model for the deep drawing process of THTB The stress σ for the cup base fracture force is either the UTS given by the heat treatment depended material property data or the work hardening which is selected from the repository of the DZ for the analyzed element.
