The main properties of sealing ring are the better wear resistance, is critical in determining the mechanical seal friction, wear, and the sealing performance, it also determines the working life of the mechanical seal[1].
The main object of this study is the welded metal bellows mechanical seal , based on the Fluent software platform, the latest achievements of theoretical research are combined with the mechanical sealing performance, according to the structure characteristics of the friction pair of bellows mechanical seal, analyze all kinds of factors affecting oil film characteristics, the relationship between the carrying-capacity of the fluid-film and the temperature, the viscosity of the fluid-film, the relationship between friction torque of the fluid-film and the speed, viscosity of the fluid-film, the influence factor of leakage are obtained.
The materials properties and the boundary conditions of the calculation within the region of the numerical model were settled.
After the numerical iterative of 1/90 of the circumferential shear value of the numerical model of fluid film, relaxation factor and other parameters were set up, flow field is initialized and iterative solution.
The properties and boundary conditions of the fluid -film was shown in Table 1: Table.1The material properties and boundary conditions of the fluid-film Spindle Speed rpm 1500~4000 Density kg/m3 886 Pressure Inlet Mpa 4 Cp j/kg-k 1400 Pressure Outlet Mpa 0.1 Thermal conductivity W/m-K 0.12 Medium Temperature ℃ 40~115 Viscosity kg/m-s 0.02~0.12 The Results of Numerical Calculation Carrying Capacity between the Fluid-Film.

This article describes the nanostructured composites with face-centered cubic (fcc) copper or body-centered cubic (bcc) ferrite as matrix and discusses several factors that affect the mechanical strength of such materials.
Factors Affecting Mechanical Properties Microstructure This section deals with the materials with lamellar structure.
In such systems, other microstructure parameters play a role in influence of the mechanical properties in addition to the lamellar spacing.
It is therefore interesting to understand the mechanical properties in other orientations.
And finally, it is commercially important to draw the wire at the highest production speed possible without adversely affecting its properties.

The content of titanate coupler affected significantly, the tensile properties of WPC appeared first increased and then decreased when the content of titanate coupler is increased from 0 to 3.5 shares( phr method).
In order to develop WPC with better mechanical properties .
This paper is mainly investigated the influence of different types of wood fiber, the content of wood fiber , particle size and the content of the titanate coupler on tensile mechanical properties.
It is further shown that the content of titanate coupler is very important influencing factors to the tensile properties of wood fiber / PVC composites.

Both the porosity content and mechanical properties of A201 aluminum alloy plate casting are governed by the cooling rate.
Of these thermal factors, the cooling rate is influenced by different process variables that affect the feeding behavior of the castings during solidification.
It is accepted by most of the researchers that the faster the cooling rate, the better the mechanical properties of the castings. [4-6] However, the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy casting depends on the microstructure, such as porosity content, DAS, shape and distribution of the second phase. [2, 7-13] The cooling rate will be discussed in this study to find out its influence on the mechanical properties and porosity content.
The porosity content is not the only factor will affect the tensile strength of A201 aluminum alloy casting. 3.

The results show that the porosity of composite materials made a detrimental effect on the mechanical properties.
Affected by factors such as manufacturing technique and bonding process, wind turbine blades will inevitably lead to voids, lack of resin and delamination [2, 3].
Voids will have a detrimental effect on many properties of the material, even if the content is small [4, 5].
The effect of the porosity on the mechanical properties of the composite specimens is obtained.
