Effect of nitrogen doping on the structure and optical properties of n-type hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin films Maoyang Wu 1, Wei Li2, a, Junwei Fu1, Yijiao Qiu1 and Yadong Jiang2 1School of Optoelectronic Information, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC), Chengdu, 610054, China 2State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC), Chengdu, 610054, China awli@uestc.edu.cn Keywords–n-type hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin films, nitrogen doping, composition, microstructure, optical property Abstract—Hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) thin films doped with both Phosphor and Nitrogen are deposited by ratio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD).
However, exposure of intrinsic or lightly doped a-Si:H films to band-gap light causes degradation in the electronic properties, called the Staebler–Wronski effect [4–6], which has been proven to be an obstacle to the widespread application of this material in these fields.

Corrosion of metals and metallic alloys in such gases, at elevated temperatures, particularly in atmospheres containing sulfur and oxygen causes a significant degradation of metallic materials in industrial installations and is therefore of considerable interest.
Selection of the metallic materials used in modern industrial technologies is determined for the conditions in which they are supposed to work.
The absorption of the radiation in the sample material can be omitted considering the fact that all used isotopes are γ - emitters of high energy of the radiation.

Material life span significantly decreased and increased danger [7, 8] when fatigue occurred in structural material using fluids with a high temperature, pressure, and chemical reaction, such as steam generator tubes applied in a nuclear power plant.
Materials and Experimental Procedure The INCOLOY 800 applied in this study was a Ni-Fe-Cr alloy used as a steam generator tube.
The INCOLOY 800 was considered as excellent a material in ductility as the INCONEL alloys.

The temperature regulating function of phase change materials (PCM) also works on the basis of heat storage and release through changes of the aggregate state of the PCM
Molecules of the chemical are absorbed by the barrier material and as the number of molecules absorbed increases, the chemical gradually works its way through the material and out of the other side.
With the development of science and technology, we will be able to realize the three unified perfectly to make the down coat fabrics have breakthrough improvement.

The brief introduction of the Internet of Things The Internet of Things (IoT) [2] is based on radio frequency identification tags (RFID), EPC, sensors, global positioning systems, laser scanners and other information sensing devices, built on the Internet and computer science.
System functions and structure design There are two subsystems in the radar equipment Warehouse Management System: supplies and personnel management subsystem (the storage of materials and personnel management) and monitoring and controlling subsystem (monitoring of the storage environment including temperature, humidity and warehouse security, etc.) and material condition monitoring.
For some precious devices which have rigorous requirements for storage environment, in order to grasp its real-time situation, and to prevent damage or performance degradation caused by improper storage, according to the specific material needs, some particular sensors are placed in the devices to monitor the situation in real-time. 2.2.2 The alarm module When the monitoring storage environment information or material information appears abnormal, the system will alarm automatically, then the administrator notice the alarm and inspects the warehouse on-site to confirm the alarm information.
