Introduction The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) technique emerged in 1901, but it was applied to the most diverse areas of science in 1993 [4].
Materials and Methods The study was conducted with 12 companies from the city of Curitiba and metropolitan region, contacted through the Association of Electro-electronic Industries [1], and based on interest in the theme.
The companies manufacture power meters, household appliances, computers, electrical material, circuit breakers, switches, among others.

Chrome ore and lime which is the main material of slag-making are added in the furnace to protect the refractory lining and to make slag for removing sulfur.
The theoretical calculation is to set up the balance equations of material and heat on the basis of the principle of the physical and chemical reaction in the smelting process and the parameters, in the equations, are selected or calculated on the basis of the theory of physical chemistry and metallurgy process.
The problem of excessively high bath temperature controlled in the process can depend on the following methods to solve: based on the balances of material and heat, combined with AI technology, the dynamic control of oxygen and argon supply can be realized; the carbon dioxide which is blown in the furnace by top blowing through double flow lance is as a coolant instead of chrome ore and scrap.

Due to degradation characteristic parameters of material in high temperature condition will bring structure vibration resistance performance falling sharply, and the temperature of thermal deformation and thermal stress distribution will also affect the performance and reliability of the tube.
Material Parameters Settings.
The material characteristic parameters changing with temperature are set in paper, as shown in Fig.2.

Service model SM=(task, pro-resource, ability), where task refers to production requirements, i.e., the goals needed to achieve for the completion of certain production activities; pro-resource refers to the resources needed for production processes, including personnel, tools, materials, places, tools, etc.; ability refers to the ability to achieve the desired objectives.

Density, specific heat and heat conductivity that indicate thermal characteristics of RC materials were applied as a function according to temperature rise to analyse the transient heat transfer.
Thermal characteristics of materials The building codes of Republic of Korea has not established yet thermal equations on steel materials and concrete.
Therefore, the materials’ thermal characteristics applied in this study adopted the European standard[4,5] which can describe structural behaviors of the domestic RC structures in fire; earlier research such as Park’s[2] is also consulted.
Thermal properties of steel materials and concrete as per temperature rise are shown as in Figure 1 and 2.
Elements of heat transfer applied in concrete, main steel and stirrup modeling are DC3D8 and DC1D2, which are factors of linear heat transfer analysis and also element of materials.
