Abstract.
However the mechanism of anion doping and the defect structure of anion doped oxides are far more from well understood.
In previous work, the re-oxidation kinetics of N-doped titania thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition was studied by means of in situ optical spectroscopy with the aim to better understand the defect chemistry and ionic transport properties in anion doped oxides [3].
