Introduction
The properties and behavior of materials at the nano-scale magnificently vary comparing with same materials at the micro and macro scales.
As sizes reduce into the nano-scale, materials show peculiar and interesting changes in their electric, optical, magnetic and chemical properties [1].

In
order to analyze composite materials easily, we must solve two problems.
Modeling of composite materials Mesh superposition method.
In order to get the modeling of composite materials easy, we use a numerical technique concerned with FEM.

Social System and Design of Urban Sculptures
A society is a typical system, whereas “A social system is a system which consists of social being as materials and society (community) as active factors” [1].
Finally, because established large urban sculptures get involved in the operation of subsystem of urban resources and power, new surface materials embedded LED can reduce substantially energy consumption of night illumination, which can be widely used by designers of urban sculptures in future.
All the factors will destroy the molecular structure of materials to realize the designer’s intention and weld and install crafts with the result of affecting physical life span of sculptures or bringing expensive repair.
To solve this problem, it is necessary to use uncut stone materials to avoid seams in design of stone sculptures and avoid any area of standing rain in design of metal sculptures’ top.

The principle of multiple sparks EDM
(a)ordinary EDM (b)multiple sparks EDM
Fig. 2.The principle of saving power
(2) In ordinary EDM, for high resistance materials such as conductive ceramic and single crystal silicon, its internal voltage drop is great, which makes the discharge current decrease, and makes material removal rate decline.
In theory, for each pulse, because of producing a discharge at the tool electrode positive, and also produces another discharge at the same time in the tool electrode negative, material removal capacity of every pulse of multiple sparks EDM should be consistent with both materials’ removal rates of the single positive tool electrode and single negative tool electrode of ordinary EDM.
