Introduction
As the increasingly requirement of lightweight in modern traffic , 3C production and aerospace, human environmental awareness is gradually strengthened, magnesium alloy with high performance and equitable price was pressed for in the market, therefore, huge material and human resources are invest in developing new magnesium alloy material and new processing technology with short-flow and low-cost in many developed countries[1].

Introduction
Phthalic acid esters (PAEs), also known as phthalates, are lipophilic compounds commonly used in the polymer industry to increase flexibility [1] (e.g. plastic films, insulating and covering materials, toys, medical devices).PAEs are produced worldwide at up to several million tons per years and are among the most abundant contaminants in the environment and food.

It has become the best idea material for special cutter of machining CFRP[5].
But the fiber layer is difficult to completely cut off at the upper surface of material, due to lacking the support of material.
