One of the most effective thermal insulation materials is block foam glass that is not inferior in its insulation properties to natural and artificial materials, and for a number of such important properties as fire safety and fire resistance, environmental safety and high corrosion resistance surpasses almost all organic thermal insulation materials [2].
Thermal insulation of filler structures with heat-insulating materials in the process of construction requires further use of various finishing and facing materials (vitro-crystalline, glass-enamel) that significantly increase the prime cost of 1 m2 of housing.
Front surface plasma melting of light and heavy concretes, wall ceramic materials, autoclave hardening wall materials, multilayer composite: organic and silicate materials led to a significant increase in both aesthetic and physical-chemical properties [7–13].
Experimental Part The high temperature of the plasma jet when it is exposed to the face layer of various silicate materials including thermal insulating materials causes a significant thermal shock.
