Abstract.
Using the mechanical equivalent of heat (M ), the rate of specific volumetric flux is: (2) Of course, all mechanical and thermal material properties can be temperature dependent.
Fig.3 Mechanical Boundary Conditions Fig.4 Contour Plot of the Gasket Pressure applied to the Cylinder Head Joint at the end of the Third Load case Material Properties The definition of the membrane properties and the thermal expansion coefficient of the gasket is separated from the definition of the properties in the thickness direction and the transverse shear behavior. the membrane stiffness of the body of gasket is 120 MPa and its thermal expansion coefficient is 5×10-5per ºC, while for the ring the membrane modulus is 100 MPa and the thermal expansion coefficient is 1×10-4per ºC.
Therefore, two isotropic materials are created with the membrane properties and thermal expansion coefficient of the two gasket regions.

Therefore, some approaches can be adopted to achieve the best heating efficiency, such as: creating high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field to generate a powerful magnetic induction; improving conductivity of metal, especially alloys with low resistivity and good magnetoconductivity, especially those with strong magnetic induction activated by low current, namely, alloys with high B/H; in the case of heating penal, high permeability metal should be used, or common metal plated with high permeability material.
The material of the magnet is Re2T14B, sized by.
By using SPSS for analyzing the relationship between the temperature amplitude and the factors[8], together with the interaction of these factors, a relational expression was derived as follows: (8) Where T - temperature of the Heating Plate, oC p - pairs of magnetic poles s - gap between turntable and heating plate, mm n - The speed of turntable, r/min According to Eq.(8), to a certain material, The temperature of heating plate is proportional to p and n, and decrease with the increasing of s.
However, in order to achieve much heat energy, higher rated speed of the wind turbines is required, plus permanent magnet material with high energy product and reasonable design of magnetic path for high air-gap flux density.

where, t is the temperature of rotor, °C; t is time; l is the thermal conductivity of rotor material, W/m×K; cp is the specific heat of material, J/kg×K; r is the density of rotor material, kg/m3; t is the temperature of steam on the surface of rotor, °C; a is the heat transfer coefficient between surface of rotor and steam, W/m2×K; is outside normal direction of rotor surface; and G represents surface of rotor.
Considering the fact that the yield limit of the rotor material at room temperature is 685MPa, it is necessary to reduce thermal shock in the cold startup process by improving the initial temperature of the rotor or reducing the rise rate of steam temperature in the initial phase as much as possible.

1.2 Processing of non-smooth specimen
The specimen material was W9Cr4V high speed steel with the processed dimension of Φ6mm×12mm, JHM-1GY-100B CNC laser processing system was used to process the regular concaves at one of its end face.
The specimen was clamped in the specimen pin boss and fastened by screw; the specimen disc material was GCr15, with hardness of 63HRC and diameter of 60mm.
This shows that we can improve the wear resistance of materials by properly increasing concave diameter and optimizing the combination of concave diameter and concave distance.

Red mud, a by-product of steel company, was used as the main material for preparing the iron oxide sorbents.
The above materials mixture was subsequently homogenized in a ball mill and dispersed in water to form a paste of suitable viscosity to be extruded in a cylindrical shape.
Some calcium species was also found in the sorbent, which came from the raw material of red mud.
