The Experimental Study on Consolidation of RTV for Wet-area Earthen Ruins in Southwest China Yi Wu1, a 1 Civil Engineering and Architecture School, Southwest university of science and technology, Mianyang, 621010, Sichuan, China aw-em@163.com Keywords: Consolidation; RTV; Wet-area; Earthen Ruins; preserve Abstract.
Introduction Earthen monuments, built mainly with earth, having low strength and directly contacted ground, is venerable to be destructed by groundwater, rains, wind, sand, sunlight, temperature, animals, plants and microbe, so developing anti-weathering materials for protecting them is the focus and difficulty in earthen monument preservation research[1].

The tower is 48.5m high in total, principally made of Q345 steel and accompanied by Q235 steel, its material density is ,and the elasticity modulus is .
The tower is securely fixed to the foundation and it is assumed that the materials are under the stage of flexible working. 4.2 Calculation of wind load of the tower structure The site condition of the tower is A class of landform, with basic wind speed of and the basic wind pressure would be: (1) The formula for wind load of transmission tower is: (2) Where, is the wind vibration factor under the downwind vibration effect of fluctuating wind pressure on the structure; is the shape factor and should be 2.3 according to the specification; and , the wind pressure altitude variation coefficient, can be referenced according to relevant specifications[4-6].

Most metals, including steel, are defined as gray bodies having emissivity less than one[3].The emissivity is generally dependent on the material and surface conditions.
The results showed using IR to measure the welding temperature field of magnesium alloy is more difficult than 945 steel due to their high reflectivity (materials such as steel that have low reflectivity can pose easy) and high thermal conductivity.

Meanwhile, according to the past experiences, the process has been known as one of the most demanding production methods that needs stringent quality control standards because of its complex process dynamics and non-linear material properties; therefore, the prediction and control of quality of injection-molded parts is still the most important job for the process engineers on the shop floor.
Initially, an operable process window was predicted by CAE software when the suitable data of machine, mold, and material was inputted.
The molding material is poly (propylene) resin, MONTEL PP 868 supplied by local venders.
