The objectivity of the evaluation is reflected in certain standards of technology, function, economy, material, safety, creativity, and one should evaluate the design based on certain principles[1~2].
New product development and design---cabinet air-conditioning's design style should continue the enterprise style, and enhance brand identity. 5)Innovation and Competitiveness Product design innovation consists of modeling innovation, process innovation and functional innovation, that is, from the interests of consumers, under the guidance of new design concept, rely on the new achievements of science and technology and use artistic imagination and inspiration to give the product physical ,physiological, psychological and social function as well as aesthetic feeling, thus achieving high unification of function and aesthetic and enhancing competitiveness, ultimately creating benefits for enterprises. 6)Trend The background determines the characteristics of the product design, different times have different design trends, and only those coincide with the trend can survive in the market and be accepted by the public. 7)Usability Design should make the function achieve effective results
During the designing process, one must use ergonomics knowledge rationally, understand the user psychology fully, and evaluate the users' opinions timely, to improve the product usability. 8)The development feasibility The development feasibility of new product will inevitably involve the technical support needed , the product structure and the materials used, if the design of the cabinet air-conditioning receives no support in these areas, that is, it has no development feasibility, it would be impossible to realize the transform from scheme to entity, and more difficult to realize the benefits of manufactures . 9)Cost and quality control In addition to sales, cost and quality control are also very important for manufactures to make benefits, cost control on the one hand can benefit manufactures in disguise, on the other hand, it can extend the range of choice for consumers.

Therefore, when initial dimensions and material properties, namely, L0, C0, β and E are known, we
can measure the stress by measuring TOF from this equation.
The specimen material was selected to have the elastic constant similar to that of the real bolt.
In this method, we can measure the stress only by measuring TOF of ultrasonic wave, when initial dimensions and material properties of bolt are known.

The average pressure Pi depending on the approach of the single microasperity can be expressed as [6]:
M{Pi}=λM{ai32}, (4)
where: λ= 223∙E12ek32eƟkpr121-e212; k (e) - elliptic integral of the first kind; E (e) - elliptic integral of the second kind; ai - approach of the single microasperity; M - symbol of mathematical expectation; Ɵ=1-µ2πE - elastic constant of the material, μ - Poisson's ratio; E - modulus of elasticity of the material; kpr= 1r1+1r2 - the reduced radius of curvature of microasperities; r1, r2 - principal radii of curvature of the single microasperity; e=f(r1r2) - eccentricity of the contact area.
Approximate solution gives us that the Sp function will be when: L=1,47 3RSqn(0). (16) Taking into account the above obtained equations we can rewrite the expression (12) in the following form: (Sp-u)≈1γ15(θPmLR)25. (17) Considering that the γ=uSq and Zmax=SpSq we obtain the following: (Zmax-γ)≈1Sqr15(θPmLR)25. (18) This dependence permits to determine by an approximate solution the level of γ knowing certain general pressure force P, radii R, roughness parameters, m, p, n(0) and physics-mechanical properties of the material.

Abstract.
Experimental results SiC NWs were grown by using a Hot-Wall Chemical Vapor Deposition (HW-CVD) system with a methyltrichlorosilane (MTS, CH3SiCl3) source precursor (see more detailed information about the synthesis and materials characteristics of cubic SiC NW in [2]).
The fact that the devices belong to the same wafer exclude all the other reasons such as different metal material or different fabrication process to explain this different behavior.
