Those materials go into the hopper under the work of the vibration motor, and are discontinuously injected into the the cavity of rotor assembly.
Cavity with the rotor will rotate the materials to the outlet.
Then under the force of the continuous compressed air, the materials go to the discharging tube head, lastly are sprayed onto the surface to form a casing by the nozzle jet.
Blade1 and 2 are of the same diameter and blade pitch, mainly for material mixing; Blade3 and 4 are of variable diameters and the same blade pitch to change material flow cross section, which implements the pressurization for the material, improves the flow power.

Introduction Nowadays explosive welding is one of the most widely used technologies for the production of composites from various pairs of materials.
Depending on solubility of elements into each other materials can be classified as materials forming intermetallics, materials are completely soluble into each other and materials with no mutual solubility.
In many of studies [3-11] it was noted that during welding of dissimilar materials, an intermetallics thin layer was formed at the interface.
In this case the size of new grains originated at the most intensively deformed regions of materials is 6 µm.

Simultaneously, refining is done at high consistency (20 to 30% at the inlet), there is insufficient water to form a liquid suspension of the material.
Because of the pool fluidity of the pulp in the high consistency refining zone, a screw is always used to compel the material into the entrance of the refining zone.
The fiber material is subjected to the centrifugal force resulting from the component of the plate, frictional force because of movement and press from the refining plates, and effect among the fibers.

CFD Analysis for Cooling Water Cavity of a Four-Cylinder Gasoline Engine Xiaoxu Liu 1,a Min Chen 1,b 1School of Mechanical Engineering, Sichuan University of Science and Engineering, Zigong 643000, China axiaoxu_liu@163.com , bmin_chen99@163.com, Keywords: engine, cooling water cavity, 3D modeling, CFD analysis Abstracts: The 3D model of cooling water cavity was set up, which was in a four cylinders gasoline engine, and the CFD analysis was done after setting the CFD calculation model and boundary conditions.
Compared with the traditional experimental method of engine cooling water flow field, CFD analysis can save a lot of manpower and material resources, more easily to compare and analysis for a variety of design plans, provide a reference for improving design of engine cooling water cavity.

Mechanical Behavior Study on Connections of Multibarrel Tube-confined Concrete column with steel beam Li Ying, Xu1, a 1School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Mianyang 621010, Sichuan, China alying_xu@126.com Keywords: multibarrel tube-confined concrete column; FE analysis; seismic behavior; hysteretic curve Abstract: In order to meet the necessity of the code for seismic design of buildings: Principle for strong connections and feebleness member.
Tube-confined concrete connections require being payed more attentions,Which is because under exterior loading connection’s stress is complicated, extent of stress concentration is large and exsist cooperative deformations of two different materials, under repeated loading the core part concrete produces alternate tensile strain and compressive strain, which happens fragile wreck easily.
Connection parameters and models 1.1 Material parametesr and simulate elements The steel is Q235-B,the yield strength is 215Mpa, use yield criterion and BKIN criterion, elasticity modulus is 2.06×105N/mm2,Poisson 's ratio is 0.3,concrete is C30, elasticity modulus is 3.00×104N/mm2,Poisson 's ratio is 0.2.The steel plate and steel pipe is simulated by using three-dimensional isotropic eight connections Solid45,concrete is simulated by using three-dimensional solid element Solid65.
