Composting was performed based on a conventional method with cattle manure and rice straw as materials.
Rice straw which was used as organic materials difficult to be decomposed, was air-dried and cut into 10–20 mm lengths[11].The size of the compost pile was approximately 150 cm long, 150 cm wide, and 120 cm high.

COD removal rate enhauces. But as the reflux ratio increases, hydraulic load increases dramatically, accelerates the biofilm updates, and makes the filter material between the interception and loss of biofilm easier, resulting in a drop of COD removal rate.

Secondly, the starting point of low-carbon technology innovation is too low, and the level of science and technology overall lags behind.
In order to proceed cleaner production, enterprises need to invest a lot of environmental protection equipment, purchase clean raw materials and use clean energy, which add more burden than enterprises in the same industry who don’t adopt clean production, and the production cost will be higher than the social average cost of similar products.
New energy, new materials bio-medicine, high-end electronic information manufacturing, software and information services, internet and other strategic emerging industries, including culture, education, sports, leisure tourism and other low-carbon industries should be developed vigorously.
