It was found in recent years that the influence of DSA phenomenon, which always
appears during the plastic deformation process of metallic materials under certain temperature and
strain rates, on the mechanical behavior of materials should not be ignored [5-8].

All the elaboration processes (forming and finishing) of the metallic pieces introduce a set of
stresses in the materials.
In some cases its level can be similar to the yield stresses of the materials.
X-Ray Diffraction technique is widely applied for residual stresses measurements in metallic materials (ICRS2 1989, ICRS3 1991and S.
The diffraction phenomenon must be understood under quantum mechanics science explanation far the objectives of this paper.

Such construction can actually prevent penetration of vaporous moisture from a room into an insulation material.
It has been specified that only materials with water vapor permeability resistance not less then 12 [m2·h·Pa/mg] must be applied as water-vapor insulation layer.
Water vapor barriers using materials with water vapor permeability resistance not less than 12 [m2·h·Pa/mg] should be considered when making internal insulation for exterior brick walls.

It has been well known that the metallic materials have the
positive TCR property, whereas the semiconductor materials have negative TCR
property.
On the other hand, for the semiconductor heater materials (SiC) it raised slowly in the low temperature region because of the high resistance of the materials.
To make an easy control of the temperature during the semiconductor thermal processing, we attempt to minimize TCR of the heating materials by mixing the semiconductor and metallic materials.

Polymer materials flowing through the Die-plate are extruded from die-hole to cooling water, and then are cut into pellets by rotation knives.
In this process, the temperature uniformity of Die-plate can affect the flow rate uniformity of polymer materials directly.

Introduction
Nitrogen (N),as a detrimental element in superalloys,is not easily removed even during vacuum induction melting (VIM), and usually is controlled by selecting raw materials for minimizing the N level [1].
For getting the virgin alloy, the purified raw materials were melted at a temperature of 15800C for 10min, and then cast into metal moulds in a vacuum of 0.01 Pa to get the virgin alloy bar stock with the weight of 130kg.
Tensile tests with a strain rate of 2×10-5 s-1 were conducted on an AG-5000A Tensile Machine at room temperature and on a DCX-25T Material Testing Machine at 9000C, respectively.
