The results have been compared against that for the well- established phosphor-based TLD100 materials (LiF: Mg, Ti) in the form of chips.
In order to have the good TL characteristic, the TL material can be re-used many times without any noticeable changes in the materials.
Due to its small size, intoxicity and resistive to water, SiO2 optical fibre becomes prevalent among the available thermoluminescence materials in in-vivo studies of radiotherapy [13].

Introduction The demand for advanced materials with multiple functions and enhanced properties increased as the technology advanced.
The properties of clad composite material are determined by the selection of component materials to be joined, the stacking structure of different materials with various thicknesses and interface structure and properties between different materials.
Several method such as extrusion, rolling, electro-plating, overlay welding and explosive welding have been used for the clad materials production.
Materials used in this study were copper and aluminum of the commercial purity.

Acoustic emission is a phenomenon of releasing energy in form of the elastic wave when the deformation and crack occur on material as being forced by the external and internal forces.
When the load of a low-speed machine is stable and the stress which reaches the material strength is forced on component of the slewing bearing, the cracks will be brought.

Elastic bending theory considering shear deformation Basic assumption (1) Bending stiffness of corrugated web in the longitudinal direction is negligible, while only the shear stiffness is considered; (2) The plane section does not remain plane, the rotations of the slabs are assumed identical in the x-z plane, but are different from the whole cross section; (3) Distortion of the cross section in plane is not allowed; (4) Materials are in the elastic range and the shear lag in the slab is not considered; (5) No twist is assumed in the beam by transverse load and prestressing forces; (6) Relative Slips between slab and corrugated web are assumed infinitesimal.

Introduction The research has shifted from monolithic materials to composites in the last two decades to meet the global demand for light weight, more performance, environmental friendly, corrosion and wear resistant materials.
Al6061 is a popular choice as matrix materials to produce metal matrix composites due to its better formability characteristics and option for modification of the strength by adopting proper heat treatment.
