However, the commonly used gravity foundation of wind turbine generator is usually controlled by the tensile stress of the bottom surface of the foundation, resulting in waste of materials.
For rock mass and concrete category of materials, although the use is not associated flow rule, it is more in line with the actual situation, this means that the material is unstable, and the export of elastic-plastic matrix is asymmetric.
For geotechnical materials, two kinds of models are mainly adopted for hardening rule: isotropic hardening and kinematic hardening.

Abstract.
The mine resources paid system in Russia consists of three parts: underground resources use tax, consumption tax, and mineral raw materials reproduction fund deduction, the last is a particular method to Russia.
Mineral raw materials reproduction fund deduction, as the underground resource lax in 1992 and the article forty-four of the amendment say, it is levied from all the resource exploiters, and its profit is turned over to the mineral raw materials reproduction fund which is out of the national budget.
The mineral raw materials reproduction fund is used in regional development, geological survey, scientific research and other research about the underground resources, deposit survey and assessment, and so on.
