By using the mass flow rate equation presented by Fukui and Kaneko [8, 9], Yoshimoto et al.[10] investigated the seal system for an aerostatic journal bearing used in a high vacuum chamber; the theoretical analysis showed that a three-stage seal system can achieve a higher degree of vacuum in the vacuum chamber than a two-stage seal system.

The difference between a hot forming and a cold forming is that in hot forming, up to ten times less force is required to deform the material because there is no strengthening of the material.
Material definition The material of the workpiece is the low-alloy high-grade chrome-molybdenum steel with the designation DIN-42CrMo4, which is designed primarily for forming.
The workpiece (yellow) material behaviour was defined as „Deformable“.

But the current researches mainly were focused on developing special welding materials and heat treatment process to improve the toughness of welded joints [2,3].
If low strength welded materials were used during high strength steel welding, the toughness of strength steel welded joint will be improved.
So, the low matched welded materials were used in this paper.
Materials and Experimental Procedure Materials.HQ100 high strength steel was welded by GMAW, which is 270 mm × 150mm × 10mm.

A new trend in the study of metals is the investigation of quantitative relationships between the strucure and properties of metallic materials[2].
The carbide in the microstructure is closely related to heat treatment and process technology ,and the intensity is closely related to needle materials, the size design of structure and surface treatment and so on.
