These show that the structure design is basically rational; design value of material strength and the actual stiffness of the aqueduct meet design requirements and have a certain degree security reserve.

Consequently, the impedance differences
can be used to determine both the thickness of the specimen and the initial permeability of the
ferromagnetic materials.
We assumed that the materials being considered are all linear and isotropic, so the conductivity σ is a time-independent scalar constant.
For the permeabilityµ, since we assumed that the magnetic materials concerned are isotropic, that hysteresis could be neglected.

Materials and Methods
Samples Preparation
Ni–C composite thin films were prepared by the methodology described in Ref. [2] with the synthetic conditions for preparing the samples according to Table 1.
Analysis of the results obtained using the MountainsMap® 7 Software was based on the leveling and shaping operations for each sample, as well as generating three-dimensional views of the surfaces of the analyzed materials, together with all necessary scales and legends.
In addition, the investigation of the materials in nanoscale may be very useful for the study of the friction wear or the effects of body fluids on the particular material properties.

The film deposition is a process to transport molecules or atoms from the target material to the deposited object, i.e. the substrate.
The expected behaviors and the derived behaviors from the structures are compared to test the suitability of the structural parameters (including materials and related issues) and the environmental parameters (e.g. processing parameters).

Keywords: mechanical properties, liquid metal embrittlement, metallography, differential scanning calorimetry.
The microstructure of the materials was characterized by light metallography, fracture surfaces were observed using scanning electron microscope (SEM).
The temperature increase generated in the cutting zone leads to the melting of these dispersed particles and results in the local loss of materials strength and ductility, which in turn leads to chip breakage and lubricating the tool [1].

It was found that singledomain
3C-SiC layers can be obtained on 6H-SiC off and on-axis and 4H-SiC on-axis, while the
other types of substrate gave twinned 3C-SiC material.
Better quality 3C-SiC material could be grown on α-SiC(0001) on axis substrate if one can avoid the formation of double positioning boundaries (DPB).
Monteil: to be published in Material Science Forum 2006

Polymers’ modification to improve their properties is still challenging due to problems with poor adhesion with composites and reduced good initial properties of the polymer when blended with other materials [1].
Experiments Materials.
Therefore, a strong blend between the two materials is approved.
