Polymers’ modification to improve their properties is still challenging due to problems with poor adhesion with composites and reduced good initial properties of the polymer when blended with other materials [1].
Experiments Materials.
Therefore, a strong blend between the two materials is approved.

It is surmised from Eqs. (4)-(5) that the material removal rate depends only on r if parameters L, W, W1, and p are kept constant, indicating that the material removal is different at different working points.
It is obvious that the parameter W would affect the uniformity of material removal, (W), strongly in some ranges of W.
The results indicated that although as the parameter W increases the material removal increases monotonously, the parameter W should be setup at a range of 0.9-6 for improving the uniformity of material removal.

It is not clear what value of coefficient of friction, µ, should be used in SPF models, since there are no published values for frictional contact between Ti-6Al-4V alloy and typical tool materials, under SPF conditions.
However, as the authors are unaware of previously published friction data between Ti-6Al-4V and SPF tool materials, the present approach does provide initial guidance on friction data for process modelling.

Introduction The rapid development of modern aerospace industry and the engine thrust-weight ratio requires the turbine blade materials to have high overall performance.
Ni or Ni3Al based superalloys, as the most important materials in modern aviation industry, require both mechanical strength and oxidation resistance[1].
