Introduction
China is a developing country which is short of natural resources, such as energy resources, ground, water and construction materials.
As the times change, new materials and new techniques are constantly being discovered and used; the building structure has also undergone significant changes, ranging from masonry structure to concrete structure, wood and steel structure.
In order to compare with other two widely used materials, the teaching building is assumed to be redesigned adopting the structure of RC-frame and steel frame respectively.
If we compare this three materials’ production energy with foreign similar materials’ production energy, a modified coefficient can be obtained.

Introduction
To improve the quality, reliability and durability of parts, components and mechanisms it is necessary to use a comprehensive approach that includes both the creation of new materials as well as the development and implementation of efficient technologies that harden metallic materials.
As a result, these processes can form an optimal structure and improve physical and mechanical properties of the material [1-6].
There are no principal contraindications to the use DTCT for different materials hardened and not hardened by heat treatment.

We propose to include in cartographic collection all available materials: the name of cartographic material, type of cartographic material (topographic, geological maps, charts, etc.), the ratio of qualifiers to the nomenclature, cartographic scale, the coordinates of the upper left point of the map, the coordinates of the lower right point of the map, date of the cartographic product (map), manufacturer of cartographic product, links to other cartographic materials (for example, other cards sheets), links to other objects of collections, the format of cartographic material (jpeg, bmp, tiff, dxf, sit, tab, etc.), map material.
At present, works on the formation of a collection of cartographic materials territory and digitizing of existing materials.

Acoustic emission is a phenomenon of releasing energy in form of the elastic wave when the deformation and crack occur on material as being forced by the external and internal forces.
When the load of a low-speed machine is stable and the stress which reaches the material strength is forced on component of the slewing bearing, the cracks will be brought.

Elastic bending theory considering shear deformation
Basic assumption
(1) Bending stiffness of corrugated web in the longitudinal direction is negligible, while only the
shear stiffness is considered;
(2) The plane section does not remain plane, the rotations of the slabs are assumed identical in the x-z
plane, but are different from the whole cross section;
(3) Distortion of the cross section in plane is not allowed;
(4) Materials are in the elastic range and the shear lag in the slab is not considered;
(5) No twist is assumed in the beam by transverse load and prestressing forces;
(6) Relative Slips between slab and corrugated web are assumed infinitesimal.
