This phenomenon is mainly caused by the structure of water in reverse micelles close to the structure of free water [9-11].
Moreover, as the concentration of the complex increases, the dissociated metal ions recombine with ligand ions to form an aggregated structure.
The dependence of the viscosity value on the water content is used to detect the high-order aggregation structure of the metal complex surfactant.
Whether the diversified structure is obtained is mainly affected by the molecular structure of the ligand, except for the influence of molecular water.

The influence of new complex nanodisperse admixture on structure and strength characteristics of fine grain concrete used in rehabilitation of damaged concrete structures has been studied.
It means that the complex admixture has a positive influence on forming the concrete structure.
In contrast, the studied concrete has a denser structure represented mainly with calcium hydrosilicates (Fig. 4 b).
The new complex admixture enables controlling the properties of concrete mixtures and concretes used to rehabilitate reinforced concrete structures in the process of rehabilitating buildings and structures.
