Introduction In recent years, there has been widespread concern about the toxicity and dangers of lead-containing materials like PbTiO3, Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3), Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3), Pb(Zr,Ti)O3, and others.
As a result, there has been a global push to find alternative lead-free materials [2].
Because of their important qualities such as dielectric, pyroelectric, piezoelectric, electro-optics, and others, perovskite ABO3 type non-lead ceramic materials have attracted a lot of attention.
The materials exhibited NTCR behaviour, indicating that they are insulating and/or semiconducting.

Conventional fabrication process is as the following: reagent-grade materials of NiO, CuO, ZnO and Fe2O3 were mixed to yield a composition.
Due to good conductivity of quartz material, the magnetic particles were rapidly cooled and then fine powers were obtained.

In order to meet the requirement of high performance and weight reduction, continuous efforts are made upon the development of brake systems as well as brake materials.
Gray cast iron is the dominant materials for brake discs now.
DRA composites are becoming new brake materials which are attractive and competitive for automotive application.

Introduction China is the earliest country in finding the characters of permanent magnet materials and applying into production.
For the design of small power permanent magnet DC motor, ferrite permanent magnet materials with low cost should be considered first.
Only when the ferrite permanent magnet materials could not meet the requirements, can rare earth permanent magnet materials be considered.
Considering ferrite permanent magnet materials which have higher coercivity and economic factor, the magnet pole of the permanent magnet motor applied in electric wheelchair use single structure that is tile shape ferrite material is chosen as the pole.
That is under similar conditions like volume, weight and materials, different results can be reached to meet the design data.

Materials and experiments 2.1 Materials An ordinary Portland cement (OPC) and a secondary fly ash (FA) complying with chinese standard GB175-2007 and GB/T1596-2005 were used in this study and the characteristics were examined using chemical analysis test, particle size analyzer and XRD test.
The chemical and physical properties of cementitious materials were listed in Table 1 and Table 2 by using X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF, BRUKER-AXS S4PIONEER, BRD).

Empirical potential We used a many-body empirical potential, the Tersoff potential function, which has been widely used to develop the empirical potential function for several element and compound materials.
The Tersoff potential is based on the bond-order concept with good +Corresponding author : kok@semilab3.ee.cau.ac.kr Title of Publication (to be inserted by the publisher) transferability and has been an effective tool for evaluating new materials.
The referred papers summarized the comparison between the experimental and the calculated results of cubic materials.
The calculated equilibrium lattice constants of cubic materials are identical to the experimental results and the values of bulk modulus are in agreement with the experimental results.
Considering that the cohesive energies for the cubic BN, AlN and GaN structures are –6.630, –5.815 and –4.450 eV/atom, respectively, the cohesive energies for the NTs for the studied III-N materials are below 96.8, 85.6 and 98.8 % of the bulk materials.
