The data shown in Figs. 1 and 2 are representative for contacts formed on Al+ implanted materials
under the conditions described in the previous section.
Fig. 3 shows post activation anneal AFM scan data for two samples which differed only in their proximity cap materials.
By comparison, the sample which Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 3 resulted from the polished graphite disk cap is shown to possess a relatively smooth, slowly undulated surface which was measured to have an average roughness value of only 2.28 nm.
Also studied was a comparison of Ti/AlNi/W contact performance to Ti/Ni2Si/W, and Al3Ti/W on the same Al+ implanted material.

Introduction In general, fibers have been used to improve mechanical properties of materials.
Bioactive and biodegradable silica fibers, which have been studied only to a minor extent [1-4] provide alternatives for the design of novel products, for example, membranes used in tissue guiding and bone repairs or biodegradable carrier materials for biologically active agents.

Introduction The switching effects driven by light irradiation is of special interest in physics around molecular materials where electronic and structural degrees of freedom are so strongly coupled that photoinduced phase transition can be generated [1,2].
Spin transition materials represent a very nice example of highly cooperative phenomenon around photo excitation [3,4].
Up to now, such structural investigations of the photoinduced spin transition were performed in a limited number of materials [11-14].

Microstructure of the weld-heat affected zone (HAZ)-base material was observed on metallographic cross-sections.
BM stands for base material and W for weld.
Moreover, there is virtually no difference between Debye ring obtained from base material and the area near weld done at 15 m/min.

Liang and Qian have synthesized the tellurium nanowires with diameter around 25 nm via a hydrothermal reaction by using Na2TeO3 and Na2S2O3 as starting materials [14].
Materials and Methods All reagents used in the experiments were of analytical grade and used as received without further purification.
The synthesized composites open up opportunities to produce nanoscale materials possessing both electronic and ionic conductivity.

Abstract: In this paper a new three-dimensional large-size optical measurement system by laser radar has been proposed in combination of double-optic circuit measuring technology, ultra-high frequency modulation technology and laser intellectual tracing and location technology.
The system can measure 3d shape unconnectedly for lager-size object, which has the advantages of high accuracy, automatic measurement and freedom from being influenced by material and light ray.
Introduction With the rapid development of modern science and technology, research in optical topography measurement of three-dimensional large-size technology is penetrating day by day.
Journal of Zhejiang University (Engineering Edition), 2006, 40 (12) : p.98 ~ 102
