Introduction
As the development of engineering sciences, a variety of large complex structures have appeared in aviation and spaceflight regions.
The frame provides many interfaces with finite-element geometry grid, material modal and other numerical solving software.
When creating the model, different groups are built according to the fixed nodes, the loading nodes and various of material elements.
Moreover, to compare the influence of different serves on parallel efficiency, a parallel testing of the 1.83 million model was also carried out on the LSSC-II server in China Academy of Sciences.

Conclusion This detector improve the detection performance (resolution and accuracy), ensure the accuracy of the test results, data of all kinds of defects and pipe damage status parameters can get, provide the basis for the operation of the pipeline science and reasonable maintenance.

The lowest material molding temperature of PP is 220°C and the highest temperature is 260°C, so the recommended temperature is 240°C.
The external heating hot runner plate transmits the plastic melt to the hotnozzle from main channel nozzle across subchannels to ensure the temperature of the melting material.

Then deformation state and actual situation are compared to verify the correctness of research method, calculation model and material parameters.
In order to reach good effect, the design volume of the filling material is 70000 m3 considering the high fluidity of grout.
