Constant tension control means keeping the tension constant by the control motors in the coil type material production.
The rotational inertia can be divided into material coil part and mechanical equipment part, the material coil part could be calculated, and the mechanical equipment part contains the rotational inertia of motor, transmission shaft, reduction gearbox and coil mandrel etc.
