Corrosion product of anode materials in Cr6+ ions solution is partly deposited on anode materials surface, others might be dissolved into plating solution.
This is leading to weight of anode materials remaining almost constant.
That is to balance the weight of anode materials.

This experiment adopts the mud from tidal flats as the raw materials.
Test Materials In response to environmental protection and energy saving, the silt tidal flats are specifically used as raw materials for the soil, cement as curing agent, and sodium hydroxide and triethanolamine as addictives (Fig. 1).
And then get out the material.

The prepared materials’ crystal structure and morphology were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD, FT-IR and TEM.
Thus this technology effectively solved the problem of “agglomeration” which usually occurred in preparation process of ultrafine materials.
Although we synthesized materials with chemical stoichiometric amount of n (La3+): n (Co3+) = 1:1, when the temperature is higher than 900, during the process of thermal treating, some LaCoO3 will be decomposed into La2O3 and Co2O3.
This is inevitable in process of preparing these materials by Sol-Gel method.
