A self-consistent model based on Kröner [3] and Eshelby [2] hypotheses is extended to the hygroscopic loading of composite materials in order to determine localization of the stresses in the constituents of each ply: the matrix and the fiber.
These constituents define the microscopic scale of the material.

This method makes use of the physical characteristics, such as the sensing distance, material deformation to transform non-electrical signals into electrical signals and then output them.
The transform accuracy between different types of signals always relies on the characteristics of sensitive materials of sensors.
This requires that the sensitive materials of sensors have good linear features or follow a certain rule within detection range, which is an absolutely ideal state hard to be achieved by sensor technology.

The color space expressing the color characterization of color digital camera is RGB space which follows the additive color process law, but, the color space expressing the color characterization of rendering materials of camering object always is YMC space which follows the subtractive color process law.
Because both RGB space and YMC space are a device dependent color space and their color expressions depend on their own color rendering materials, it is difficult to interconvert them accurately.
The former establishes math conversion models between RGB space and XYZ space based on analyzing optic characterization of devices and materials involved in, such as establishing color reproduction curves through analyzing sensitization characterization of sensitization materials.

Base on the of mechanics of materials, the calculation formula of crown is : [4].The work load of the corrugated roller has not been considered in theoretical derivation ,and using static deflection instead of dynamic deflection[5].
On tile roll under the action of force, the maximum deflection can be calculated by the material mechanics on simply supported beam.
Conclusion (1) We establish the mathematical model of the corresponding upper and lower the height of the corrugated roller, based on the mechanics of materials , and introduce the corresponding convex curve equation.
