Abstract: The neural probe array is an important tool for getting the neural signals.
Meanwhile, due to the biological compatibility of indium unknown, it also required to explore the new materials or methods for interconnect, so that to promise the security of long-term implantation.

To improve surface’s wear resistance of aluminum bronze by laser cladding not only has a better metallurgical combination between laser cladding and the substrate material, but also has small deformation of the materials.
Nickel and copper alloy components among the cladding materials can increase the corresponding dissolve capacity between laser cladding and substrate of aluminum bronze, at the same time, reduce the inside stress.
In the figure, the volume’s wear rate is volume loss per friction distance and per friction load for the experiment materials.
