Abstract:Crude protein, total lipids, moisture, total ashes and selected mineral (Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn) content, fatty acid and amino acid composition were determined in the muscle tissue of three widely consumed fish species (sardine, anchovy and mackerel) obtained from Quanzhou of China.
As mentioned in the literature [2] they are among the best sources of n-3 fatty acids, which not only serve as food materials, but also as a source of EPA and DHA [3].

In 1980s, the appearance of the third generation permanent magnetic materials greatly promoted the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) owing to its high remanence, huge coercivity energy and low price.
The applications of new-style permanent magnetic materials in motors have not only impelled the reformation of motor structure, design technique and manufacturing process but also gave a qualitative leap to the performance of PMSM.
