Virtual experimenting – considering actual material behavior and imperfections – is invoked for the calibration of the model.
However, welding vertical stiffeners causes softening of the material of the whole cross-section, resulting in several weak points in the member along its length.

It is shown by available theories and experiments that quasicrystals are new, promising materials with a complex structure and unusual properties[1-2].
From Ref. [2], when dislocations parallel to the quasi-periodic axis of 1D hexagonal quasicrystals, the geometry properties of the materials will not change with quasi-periodic direction.
The materials with the elastic properties 11 1 44 3 44, ,C R K and 22 2 44 3 44, ,C R K occupy the inhomogeneity S+ and the matrix S− , respectively.
The two materials are assumed to be perfectly bonded along the interface.

Introduction The realization of acid-base properties and buffer capacity of wood-based panel materials is of great significance to determine the scope of its application.
Therefore, the realization of pH value and buffer capacity of various raw materials is the key condition for the formulation of binding process and improvement of binding strength.

Pb(NO3)2, NaOH, and SC(NH2)2 were used as raw materials to prepare PbS films via Chemical bath deposition method.
Comparing to the PDF card, this material should be Pb2SO5, which is important to improve photosensitive property of the film [11].
Linear fitting for lnRT~1/T has been made by least square method in the low temperature region, and then the formula ΔE = kB has been used to find the average impurity activation energy, where k is Boltzmann constant, B is the slope of lnRT~1/T after fitting as a straight line, and ΔE is the impurity activation energy in thermo-sensitive materials.

The full development of SiC-devices is however still limited by the high defectivity of bulk material, which could be only partially overcome by using epitaxial procedures [1].
This technique has been applied also to SiC and resulted very helpful in detecting various impurities and defects present in the material.

(a) (b) (c) (d) Fig.5 Mold-closing flow During vulcanizing, the building drum stays in the high temperature and the high pressure working condition, whose components need to endure the high load applied by sizing material.
All components of the building drum except tiles are manufactured by 40cr material whose mechanical propety and material parameter is shown in Table 1.
Table 1: Material property Material modulus of elasticity(Gpa) yield strength(Mpa) shearing strength(Mpa) allowable normal stress(Mpa) allowable shear stress(Mpa) 40cr 202 785 453.23 654.2 377.7 Before strenth checking, the supprt reaction of all hinges should be achieved .
The electromagnetic induction heating is that the metal magnetic materials is placed high-frequency alternating magnetic field, according to Faraday's electromagnetic induction law and Skin Effect, the surface of tiles generates the eddy current, heating the tile rapidly due to heating[4].
