With the introduction of the rapid development of modern computer and geographic information systems (GIS) for data extraction , storage, processing and computing, a flexible and convenient means is provided to make the distributed model (Distributed Model) development possible and become the focus and direction of the current international hydrological science.
Material and Method Model calculation principle Efficient rain In Northwest China, when the effective watershed rainfall intensity exceeds soil infiltration capacity, runoff is produced, affected by the actual rainfall intensity rainfall and evapotranspiration on the watershed, plant interception, fill depression, such as rainfall and soil infiltration loss.

Figure 1 – RBS spectrum of He + ions scattered from the structure: Si / SiO2 / Si3N4 / Ni – Cr / C Figure 2 – Distribution profiles for the depth of the concentrations of atoms of elements in the structure of Si / SiO2 / Si3N4 / Ni – Cr / C According to the above data, the composition of the chromium-nickel layer obtained by thermal evaporation of the nichrome sample differs from that of the starting material, which is due to the higher pressure of chromium vapors compared to nickel.

Some cylindrical steel samples with about 35mm diameter and 300mm length were prepared as the basic materials.
These raw materials were divided into six parts which were gradually added into the furnace during smelting.
The every additive quantity of the raw materials are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 Mass of additive materials Materials Each mass (g) Sum (g) 1 2 3 4 5 6 Cr-Fe 154 166 100 100 100 100 720 Ni 92 100 100 100 100 100 592 Si-Fe 48 40 40 40 40 40 248 Mn-Fe 100 75 50 50 50 50 375 Sum 394 381 290 290 290 290 1935 Results and Discussion Selection of analytical lines.
During smelting process, because the additive materials were added into the furnace six times the concentration of some elements were adjusted six times. we just made the semi-quantitative analysis according to the elemental concentration estimated by using the possible contents of the additive materials and the initial steel materials.
