The starting material was 5 mm thick SP7475 Al processed to a fine grain size by conventional grain refinement.
However, due to limited material, the remaining trials were performed with the same forming cycle.

Among rapid solidification techniques, the melt spinning technique which cooling rate is faster than 10 6K/s has been well known as an effective way to produce amorphous or nano-structured materials [6].
In order to examine the thermal stability of this bulk alloy, the extruded material was annealed at temperatures ranging from 573K to 773K for 100hr.

Suspension polymerization is the most simple synthesis of molecular imprinting polymers, one of the most commonly used methods. The methods are divided into two kinds, one is the template molecules, monomer, the pore-forming agent and dispersing agent consists of a homogeneous solution, then adding a crosslinking agent and initiator, constantly stirring to form small micelle polymerization, polymer into small spherical particles[7].Another kind is the first seed microspheres, again on the microsphere surface initiated polymerization, surface functional material particles [8].This method can be directly prepared polymer microspheres, solves the problems need grinding polymer, improves the utilization rate of raw materials. In this paper, by means of suspension polymerization preparation of indomethacin molecularly imprinted polymer.
presence of a small amount of indomethacin not immediately on ecological and human caused obvious influence, but exist in the water environment would interfere with aquatic animal endocrine system.Because it is in water environment was more stable, is not easy to degrade, the chain of transmission may also accumulate in the human body, the water biological growth and human health adversely influence, this influence is a growing cause for concern. Therefore, the need to establish a kind of effective method to detect.Detection of indomethacin common methods are: high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)[9,10], gas chromatography[11],GC-MS[12],UV-vis spectroscopy[13].Each of these methods has high selectivity, sensitivity and accuracy, it is widely applied to the determination of trace amounts of indomethacin. But these methods in the determination of indomethacin content also has some shortcomings, such as the detection limit reached, using the apparatus is very expensive, prepare experiment materials
Materials and methods Reagent: Indomethacin standard (China drugs and biological products inspection institute); two ethylene glycol methyl acrylate, methyl acrylic acid, acrylamide, azo two different nitrile, methanol, acetic acid, acetonitrile, chloroform (Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd.); the reagent is analytically pure or chromatographic purity.
Fig 3 SEM diagram Determination of water samples:In order to verify the method of preparing a polymer in environmental samples in reliability, using MIPs as a solid-phase extraction material, to the real environmental samples analysis. The first of 200 mL laboratory water and Qingjiang water are respectively by MISPE column separation and enrichment. In the laboratory of water were not detectable drug indomethacin, while in Qingjiang river water samples was detected in indomethacin, content in the 1.2 ng/mL ~2.6 ng/mL.For the two samples were spiked experiments, adding standard 0.1 μ g/100mL (2 ng/mL), results in tap water and Qingjiang water samples in the indomethacin recoveries were 84.3% and 87.1%, were higher than 80%.Tap water and the relative standard deviation (n = 3) were 3.96%, 14.2%, for real samples, data compared with the ideal, it also explains the methods of indomethacin contents in reliability testing environment.

Numerical Simulation of Filtration Process of Long Fiber Bundle Filter LIU Zhong-bin1,a, WANG Huan1,b, TANG Juan1,c 1Sichuan University of Science&Engineering,Zigong 643000,China a172232288@qq.com, b337403605@qq.com, c350909832@qq.com Keywords: long fiber bundle; filter; porous medium; filtration process; numerical simulation Abstract. on the base of dynamic model of long fiber high efficient filter, simulation model of filtration process of long fiber high efficient filter was established.
Compared with the ‘random’ type filter medium of the fiber balls, the comet type filter medium and so on, on the equipment structure, long fiber high efficient filter gets rid of the fluidizing effect on which the ‘random’ type filter medium depends in the backwash; therefore, some problems about filtering material loss and overall floating, and the integrated mud located in where dense fibers hard to clean up are solved; moreover, the effect of backwash is enhanced and the use scope of fiber filter material is broaden.
Suspended particles will migrate along with the fluid flow, and particles which reach the surface of the filter material will adhere to the surface under the effect of physical and chemical forces and then be removed from the water; as the quantity of filter layer adsorption particles increases, porosity and pore size of filtering layer will lessen, meanwhile, flow rate will heighten caused by the reduction in pore size, which caused the flow shear stress increased so that adhesion force weaker particles will fall off from the surface of the filter material; porous medium mass transfer model can simulate the suspended particles adhesion and loss process[3].

Therefore, it is necessary to develop environment-friendly lead-free piezoelectric ceramics to replace PZT based ceramics, which has become one of the main trends in present development of piezoelectric materials.[3] Bismuth sodium titanate (Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 (NBT) is quite possibly an excellent potential replacement for lead-containing piezoelectric ceramics.
Reagent grade powders (Alfa Aesar) of Na2CO3 (99.997%), Bi2O3 (99.975%) BaCO3 (99.8%) and TiO2 (99.99%) were mixed in stoichiometric amounts to produce starting materials for preparing the ceramics.

Major advantages of HSM are reported as: high material removal rates [2], low cutting forces, dissipation of heat with chip removal resulting in decrease in workpiece distortion [3] and increases of part precision and surface finish down to Ra 0.1μm [4].
The common disadvantages of highspeed machining are claimed to be: excessive tool wear, need for special and expensive machine tools [5], balancing the tool holder, precision tool-holder tapers [6] and costly cutting tool materials and coatings.
Eq. (1), (2) show that if workpiece material, sectional area of cutting lay Ac and tool rake angle γ0 are known, shear force Fs and chip inertia force Fm are determined by shear angle φ and friction angle β, which are effected by cutting speeds.
