With the development of power electronics technology and new permanent magnet materials, the above mentioned deficiency of the conventional DC motors can be overcome by the new type of DC drive based on brushless DC motors operating without mechanical transmission [1].

Generally speaking, we should strive to research and apply design for remanufacturing in order to propel the development of remanufacturing engineering; finally we can save the resource material and reduce the environment pollution under the condition of improving the requirement of human life.
