This material demonstrates strong departures from the Curie-Weiss law at temperatures T >100 K, which has been explained by the presence of antiferromagnetic (AF) dimers formed by V 4+ S=1/2 magnetic ions [1].

Abstract.
Especially ultra-short pulse durations confine effectively electrochemical reactions used for etching the material to a very small region in close proximity to the tool electrode [4] .
Under the circumstances of ultra-short pulsed micro-ECM, the time constant τ is very small, machining current density is very large within machining area of work-pieces, so the considerable amount of work-pieces material is removed.

Due to the complexity of the heat transfer process between the buried-pipe exchanger and the ground, as for actual project, the thermal response experiment is used to obtain construction, thermal properties, initial temperature and the like of the underground rock, and the thermal response experiment testing software is further used to obtain thermal conductivity of rock and soil material[3] required in the underground exchanger system, providing a reference for demonstrating whether the underground is suitable for performing GSHP system design and providing the exactly numerical basis for the design of underground heat exchanger system.

Introduction
The input parameters of a structure, like geometry, material parameters and loading, are expected to vary.
Both material, νF, geometrical, νG, and model, νM, uncertainties could be evaluated through the use of appropriate coefficients
(4) Schlune’s and Cervenka’s methods differ in evaluating the coefficient of variation (COV) of the materials.

Part level feature includes general feature and material feature.
Material feature is the description of the materials used for the blade part.
The attribute of general feature is composed of part name, part code, material mark, blade categories, blank categories, part overall dimension, part weight, production categories, technical requirements, designer and other information. 2) Material Feature Material Feature refers to the information aggregate of blade material performance (such as material trademark, material feature, the main body tissue of the materials that is used for blade, material varieties and specification), heat treatment mode and surface treatment methods, and so on.

Brittle materials, as quasicrystals, ceramics and many
semiconductors, are often completely destroyed when stress and strain in uniaxial deformation
exceed the elastic limit.
