Materials and methods Materials.
The material heat preservation time was 30 minutes after melting, then the material was cas into 15 kg ingot.
Although the material of bolt changed, the rate of loose torque and the pre-tighting torque still correspond to the rule of regular threaded connections.

For metal materials, any nonlinearity in loading and unloading stress-strain curves can be referred to as anelasticity or pseudoelasticity [5].
The variation of unloading elastic modulus has an important influence on the springback behavior of materials.
Discussion The cycle tensile test is an effective method of studying anelasticity of materials.
Residual stress of materials increases with the increment of pre-strain and influences the normal elastic recovery, further resulting in the decrement of elastic modulus.

Constitutive Relationship of Materials Applying the method of non-uniform volume moving heat source to calculate the temperature distribution of primary shear zone in orthogonal high speed cutting, the shear stress τ(z) (or τ(z ) ) of every plane in primary shear zone must be known.
The Johnson-Cook model has enjoyed much success because of its simplicity and the availability of parameters of various materials of interest, so it was used in this paper.
The temperature distribution of the primary shear zone in orthogonal high speed cutting for different materials can be calculated only by changing the materials parameters, including the constitutive parameters and thermo-physical parameters.

Infrastruc- tural construction engineering, traffic facilities construction especially highway engineering construction, are energetically impelling for stimulating interior demands, so some new material is in urgent need to terminate further damages.
Lightweight (Sintered) aggregate (LWA) should be the ideal material for highway paving engineering, because of the multiplicity of its raw materials and the benefit of converting wastes into useful materials.
Materials and test program Aggregates and epoxy bitumen binder The epoxy asphalt binder was components epoxy bitumen 2910 .The basalt aggregate and limestone filler chosen to produce LEAM were offered by Jurong City Maodi Industry Co.

Test Material and Procedure Creep internal pressure tests (bursts tests) were carried out on a specimens prepared from a superheater tube ø 44 x 6.3 mm made of HR3C steel and circumferentially welded using the TIG (141) method and Inconel 617 (2.4663) consumables.
The analysis of the extent of cavitation was carried out on the specimen B along the circumference of the tube at different depths below the outer surface in the area of maximum damage, and then also in the axial direction at distances of 0, 1, 3, 5 and 10 mm from the fusion line into the base material of this tube.

However, researchers had different viewpoints about the trend of cutting temperature, which was possibly related with the selection of cutting parameters, tool and machined material.
The work piece material and the machine tool were same as in the tool wear experiment.

Introduction Limitations for Silicon, e.g. high power or high frequency application and operation in harsh environment such as high temperature, open up the market for high-bandgap materials like silicon carbide (SiC).
Employed contact materials were 50 nm NiAl for n-type and Ti/Al for p-type with 80 nm Ti and 300 nm Al.
Possible materials could be AlTi3, Al-12%Si, Al4C3 or Ti5Si3 [2, 9, 10].
Further investigation using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy is required to understand the materials at the small contact via.
