Transverse proof strengths of ~60% of parent material were achieved.
The softest material was weld metal in both cases.
Table 2 summarises the results after PWHT, compared to specified minimum properties for the parent material.

Test research on behavior and spatial finite element analysis of equal section catenary double empty arch bridge Zhongqiang Wanga, Tao Ouyangb School of Civil Engineering and Architecture,Changsha University of Science & technology, Changsha, Hunan, 410114, China a244949212@qq.com, b805679051@qq.com Keywords: double arch bridge; behavior; load test; spatial finite element method Abstract: Test research on behavior and theoretical analysis were carried out to ensure the in-service safety for the reason of diseases of existing double arch bridges[5]~[6].
Introduction Double arch bridge have the trait of beautiful in appearance, material savings, fast construction schedule and project cost is low, it has been spread rapidly and applications in our country since the 1960s, but because of the restriction conditions during building, existing double arch bridge in China have common characteristic that the lower design level and standard load, the construction quality is poor.
Spandrel wall with brick masonry, fill light fines material, do linoleum waterproof layer of asphalt concrete pavement, The width of the bridge deck is 6.9m, the lower part is mortar rubble U-shaped abutment masonry gravity piers, non-navigable, The design load steam-15, hanging-80[1]~[2], bridge facades and cross section is shown in Fig. 1.
