To conserve resources and take advantage of dredged clays, as early as twenty years ago, Singapore has used marine mud as the hydraulic fill materials [3], and conducted large-scale application.
For instance it has successful to utilize dredged clays of Xiamen port deep-water channel phase 2 project as fill material in comprehensive improvement of Jiulong estuary harbor shoreline [4], and Shenzhen Nanyou Moon bay "314" land reclamation uses sludge from Mawan costrol [5].

Commonly used modified material with lime, cement and fly ash, from economy and applicability, lime has the most obvious improvement effect. As lime modification has three effects of ion exchange, flocculation, cementation, the free expansion ratio of lime improved expansive soil decreased, the free expansion ratio decreased more obviously after compaction.

Abstract.
In both the cases of summer cooling and winter heating, two different materials of pipe were tested- PVC and mild steel.
It was found that the heat transfer between the air, pipe and surrounding soil was not significantly affected by the variation in material between PVC and mild steel.

At the same time, the temperature when transformer is operating must be controlled into a certain range in order to reduce the impact of insulating material, then the transformer’s expected design life will be achieved, and ensure safe operation[3].
The insulation sleeve2 and sleeve4 is made in the same kind of PTFE material production, which can achieve seamless, leveling connection.
Fig.1 The Structure of Contacting Electrical Insulation FBG Sensor The temperature can be passed from the insulation sleeve2 and sleeve4 to the Fiber Bragg Grating3.Due to the end of Fiber Bragg Granting3 impending, it can’t cause the change of the reflection wavelength by the thermal expansion of the encapsulation material.

Till now, the study on the mechanism of Sn whisker growth is still an attractive topic in material sciences because although many different models have been proposed, there is no a general accepted model explains all key characters of Sn whisker growth [5-8].

Therefore, the use of alternative materials to Portland cement (PC) should be considered.
These alternative materials are used as substitutes or additives and can naturally be derived or manufactured.
This allows industrial and domestic waste to be used as an alternative to concrete-forming materials such as cement [2].

He is an assistant Professor at College of Computer science of Inner Mongolia University, and his interests are image processing, vision navigation, pattern recognition and machine vision.
One principal task in color image analysis is image segmentation which separates the candidate’s green plant/crop material or region of interest from the background [10].
The difficulties in vegetation image segmentation are due to several factors, including soil and plant material, shadows of the plant canopy, angle of solar illumination, and angle of the camera relative to the canopy and the sun [11].
In fact, being real-time is more and more important in some automated agricultural applications. 2 Materials and methods 2.1 Image acquisition A set of color digital images of outdoor Canna were grasped every one minute, at College of Computer science of Inner Mongolia University from 9:20 to 11:34 in the afternoon on August 15, 2010, under natural sunlight, using a microvision digital camera (MV-VD030SC), in single lens reflex and the automatic mode, known as the image set A.
