Introduction β titanium alloys have been widely used for aerospace and marine industry, as well as biomedical materials mainly due to their high strength-to-density ratio, excellent workability, high corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility [1-3].

Motor material manufacturers usually won’t give the two coefficients, which can’t be found out in related materials handbooks, so that it causes great inconvenience to calculate the loss.
In the isotropic polycrystalline material, empirical formula of hysteresis loss can be obtained by experiment as follows: (17) In the formula, andare the material constants determined by the loss characteristics of silicon-steel sheet; =1.5~2.5, with the value of 2 generally.
As mentioned earlier, under the condition of ignoring the nonlinearity and hysteresis effect of ferromagnetic material, the non-sinusoidal flux can be transformed and decomposed into the sum of a series of sinusoidal fluxes with different frequencies.

Experimental results There are 12 specimens experiments, three of them are non-coating J55 steel grade tube material and pumping rod material which was made of 45 steel through quenching and tempering treatment; the left of them are J55 steel grade tube material in the different coating thickness and pumping rod material which was made of 45 steel through quenching and tempering treatment.
The wear specimens were studied with SEM observations and found that the non-coating specimens had the serious adhesive wear, but the coating specimens had a smooth and temper surface and not any damage, and some composition of coating materials were left on surface of specimens.
