Waste rubber powders blending with polymeric materials provide an improvement to the rubber quality.
EXPERIMENTAL Materials and Preparation of Blends Materials used in this study were ethylene propylene diene monomer, recycled acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBRr) – a recycled product obtained from examination waste glove with a different ranges of sizes (S1: 250-500µm, S2: 3-10cm), tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD), zinc oxide, stearic acid, Sulphur and processing oil.

Light-weight steel structure in addition to regular steel one also has more economical use of materials, lighter weight, etc, which have been widely used in all aspects of the construction sector[1].
The steel of Q235 was selected for the analysis, and the basic parameters of steel materials were shown in Table 2.

However their works concentrate on structural stiffness of wing structure on different wing materials and techniques to determine flutter.
Recently, even the low speed aircraft like Human Powered Aircraft (HPA) exhibit flutter with the usage of light weight and flexible materials [2].
From the tensile test conducted on the flat plate composite wing, the specimen possessed the behaviors of composite materials.

Experimental Materials Butyl methacrylate (BMA), Hydroethyl methacrylate (HEMA), Lauryl methacrylate (LMA) were distilled before use; Benzoyl peroxide (BPO, recrystsllized); Poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA).
Now we can only use the theory of crosslinking polymer or water absorbent materials.
