EPC is originated in the process industry which was typically concerned with product; percentage conversion of chemicals and measures of purity [1].The control objective was mainly used to adjust and tune the variables for compensating the noise by common reasons such as material variation and temperature change once process entered an out-of-control stage.

Cases & Material In Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi Province, the height of a certain loess slope is 50 m, the density of soil that constitutes the unsaturated loess slope is 16.0 kN/m3, cohesion is 35.0 kPa, internal frictional angle is 30.0o, Poisson's ratio is 0.3, elasticity modulus is 30 MPa, and the underground water table is about 15.0 m below the surface.
