Therefore, a better understanding of the NOx emissions from cement production and implementation of advanced deNOx technology with corresponding energy use and pollution emissions through a systems approach can allow the evaluation of environmental performance in cement plant.
They argued that the CO2 was a hotspot of environmental impact in cement manufacturing due to the global warming problem did not analyze the significance of NOx emissions reduction technology in China where the implementation of advanced technology such as selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR), which have not gained its popularity yet.

Preface This volume is a collection of papers presented at the 12h International Autumn Meeting «Gettering and Defect Engineering in Semiconductor Technology - GADEST 2007" held from 14th to 19th October 2007 in Italy at the EMFCSC (Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture), Erice, Sicily.
In turn, GADEST Conference is a traditional forum addressed at the interaction among scientists and engineers engaged in the field of semiconductor defect physics, materials science and technology.
At that time, the main purpose was to hold an informal gathering between eastern and western researchers in the field of defect engineering and gettering, who where virtually separated by the Iron Curtain.
This will ensure a lively exchange of opinions and may lead to a better understanding of the complex aspects of defect engineering which over the years was starting to shift from art into real science.
The symposium and its proceeding volume are organized in 9 sessions:  Crystalline silicon for solar cells: single crystals, multi-crystalline Si, ribbons, Si thin films on substrates  Silicon-based materials and advanced semiconductor materials (strained Si, SOI, SiGe, SiC, Ge)  Impurities (oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, fluorine, metals) in Si  Modeling/simulation of defects in Si/semiconductors  Defect engineering in microelectronics and photovoltaics  Gettering and passivation techniques  Defect and impurity characterization (physical and electrical)  Si-based Nanostructures (nanocrystals, nanowires, nanodevices)  Silicon-based heterostructures and optoelectronics A meeting like this can never be organized without the help and support of a skilled team.

EDM has a great advantage in machining workpiece with special shape or hard-machining materials, such as plastic moulds, blanking die, carbide materials and engineering materials [3,4].
Now it has been applied widely in manufacture engineering.
Advances in Materials Manufacturing Science and Technology 742 Principle of UEDM in Gas As shown in Fig.1, in UEDM in gas, the electrode is formed to be thin-walled pipe, and the high pressure gas is supplied through the internal hole and flow over the machining gap with a high velocity.
