This research introduces a cost-effective experiment suitable for didactic purposes, illustrating complex concepts and underscoring the complementary nature of experimental and computational methodologies in advancing engineering techniques.
However, this work was specifically inspired by an advanced oil extraction technique.
The investigation into the dynamics of foam injection within porous media holds significant interest owing toits versatile applications across multiple engineering domains.
This re-search underscores the synergy between experimental and computational methodologies, jointly pro-pelling advancements in engineering techniques pertinent to two-phase flow in porous media, partic-ularly in the context of foam injection.
Additionally, they extend their sincere appreciation to those involved in the class TRABALHO MULTIDISCIPLINAR of the Computational Engineering course at UFJF where this work was conceived and developed.

Computational thinking draws the general mathematical methodology from problem-solving, the enormous complexity of system design and evaluation of general engineering from the real world, and the general scientific thinking of complexity, intelligence, psychology, and human behavior.
According to the actual teaching of “Advanced Excel” course of 2012 and 2013 in China University of China (CUC), we study the meaning of Computational Thinking and the method to cultivate the ability of Computational Thinking.
On the Sixth of Computer Course Forum, held in Jinan, November 2010, Chen Guoliang pointed out that computational thinking ability is an important objective of fundamental computer science curriculum.
The 7th Computer Course Forum held in Hangzhou in November 2011, also prepared a subject report on computational thinking.
In 2013, we adopted Computational Thinking training in Advanced Excel course teaching; the percent of Excellence of group A and group B were 62.5% and 31.4%.
