Characterization of Elephant Grass Ash as a Potential Clay Ceramic Addition

Materials and Methods An elephant grass was harvested after 180 days of maturation and then dried in open air during 7 days.
This bottom ash was characterized at the Advanced Materials Laboratory of the State University of Northern Rio de Janeiro, also located in Campos dos Goytacazes.

In tribological pin-on-disc tests, the disc material used was AISI 52100 alloy steel and pin material is used as AA7075-T6 aluminum alloy.

Ecom water quality model[1] based on hydrodynamic simulation is to calculate the concentration of the diffusion of pollutants in the study area, making use of the principle of conservation of mass, considering the transportation and the diffusion of the material due to convection, turbulent diffusion [2] and so on.
