In the experimental aspect, a hardening trend is observed in semiconductor and insulator materials as the thickness of the thin films decreases, while a softening trend is noted in metal materials [19].
This paper primarily discusses four materials, with the data provided in Table 1.
Figure 3 illustrates the variation trend of the Young’s modulus of nanofilms for different materials with thickness.

Abstract.
Figure 1 High-speed vertical machining center headstock Statics analysis on headstock.In the ANSYS Workbench,the first finite element analysis before is the premise to optimize the design of into the DesignXplorer module, the required parameters were extracted as the optimal design of the target variable, or constraint variable in the finite element analysis results.In the ANSYS Workbench, the material attribute of spindle box was set according to the design requirements, the constraints of headstock were set according to headstock in machining center cooperate relationship.
