Introduction
The interest in the use of Bamboo in the field of construction is growing everywhere this plant is being known by the architects and engineers.
This can be attributable to its good engineering properties as well as the fact that it grows fast and comes from a renewable source.
For architectural and engineering purpose, the part of the plant of major interest is the culms.

Abstract: Realistic Failure Process Analysis (RFPA
3D
) was used to simulate the concrete-filled
rectangular steel tube columns which are subjected to axial loads.
The failure principles of concrete-filled rectangular steel tube column were discussed deeply. 1 Introduction Concrete-filled steel tube is a new kind of building material; it has been widely used in the civil engineering, such as bridge structures, high-rise buildings, and industrial plants and so on.

Abstract.
The corrugated-core sandwich panels, due to their exceptionally high flexural stiffness-to-weight ratio are commonly used in aviation, aerospace, marine, civil engineering and other applications, where weight is an important design issue.

Conclusion
This paper tries to using particle swarm optimization algorithm apply to the problem of multiple attribute of the optimization of engineering project time-cost plan. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm will be showed through data simulation. When using particle swarm algorithm to optimize the problem, and how to properly solve the inertia weight, collaboration between individuals and individual history optimal optimal impact on individuals and groups is the key to efficient quickly obtain the optimal solution.
