TSA is based on the measurement of the small change in temperature that occurs when a material is subjected to a stress change.
The change in temperature is proportional to the change in the sum of the principal stresses; for the case of an isotropic material the relationship can be written as: (1) where ΔT is the temperature change, T is the absolute temperature, α is the coefficient of thermal expansion, ρ is the density, Cp is the specific heat at constant pressure and Δ(σ1 + σ2) is the change in the sum of the principal stresses.
Journal of Strain Analysis, Vol. 33, No. 2, pp 93-104, 1998

Overview of safety investment
Safety investment is the sum of all human, material and financial resources.
It may include human resources, material resources, financial resources, space and time, etc.
It also adapts to the needs of the national economy and social development, reveals the safety investment of companies and promotes the development of labor protection utilities, security, science and technology.
